At Plotwist, we take great care to ensure your books arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us as soon as possible. To report a damaged book, submit a ticket through our Help Center with your order number and photos clearly showing the damage. This helps us verify the issue and expedite your claim.
Once your claim is reviewed, we will guide you through the return or replacement process. We may provide a prepaid return label to send the damaged item back at no cost to you, and either send a replacement copy or issue a refund based on your preference and item availability.
